@trumplicans2024 My wife does. The secret is that the husband should always listen to the wife as well.
I don't know why that's so damn complicated, but it is. And mostly because many men are idiots.
With a recent Yellowstone bison mauling in the news, maybe it’s a good time to tell one of the crazier bison stories in modern America.
If you ever drive on I-25 north from Colorado into Wyoming near Cheyenne, you may notice a large bison herd off to your right. That’s the Terry Bison Ranch, and they are a major producer of commercial bison meat.
What is less well known is that you can feed the bison.
I’m serious.
They have a small show herd of “domesticated" bison, and the ranch runs a gas-powered train through the herd on tracks for a mile or so. When you get into the middle of the herd, the engineer stops the train, drops the sides of the rail car you are in, and the bison gather round for you to feed them some of the bison kibble that is in buckets on the train.
The train cars are high up in the air, so if the bison wanted to get frisky, they really couldn’t.
I did it once, and having been trained my whole life as to just how dangerous bison are, it freaked me out a bit. Still, it’s pretty cool.
I highly recommend if you are ever passing through Cheyenne, Wyoming—fabulous for kids of all ages.
