This is the foundation – X1 mints new XNT tokens via inflation to reward validators for voting on blocks. You accumulate credits per epoch based on your uptime and participation, then snag a slice of the inflation pie proportional to your credits and stake (self + delegated).

How it works: Inflation starts at a juicy 8% APY, dropping 15% annually toward a sustainable 1.5% long-term. It's adjusted by your effective stake in the network.

Why it's exciting: Pure passive income for securing the chain! No need for massive hardware – just keep your node humming.

Example:
Start small? Say you bootstrap a validator with just 2 XNT self-stake. At 8% APY, you're earning ~0.16 XNT/year in voting rewards. But here's the magic: X1's Stake Pool Delegation Program auto-delegates from the foundation to kickstart you. Boom – your effective stake jumps (e.g., to 10k+ XNT delegated), boosting your APY on that tiny self-stake. Suddenly, you're pulling in 80 XNT in rewards like a pro. That's 42x!
Scale it? With 1000 XNT self-stake, you're looking at ~240 XNT/year base, plus whatever delegations pile on. It's compounding decentralization!

2. Commission from Delegators: Turn Your Node into a Yield Farm

X1 is dPoS, so XNT holders delegate to you without running nodes. This supercharges your voting power and leader odds, while you skim a commission off the inflation rewards earned on their stake.

How it works: Set your commission (max 10% for bonus eligibility). You deduct it from gross rewards; delegators get the rest pro-rata. Attract delegations by being performant and low-commission. Why it's exciting: It's like running your own staking pool! More delegations = more power = more rewards across the board. And with X1's low barriers, anyone can delegate to you.

Example:
Imagine your validator has 1000 XNT self-stake and pulls in 600k XNT delegations (common for solid nodes). At 8% APY and 10% commission: Gross rewards 48k XNT/year. You pocket ~4.8k XNT in commission, plus your pro-rata share (72 XNT) from the net – totaling ~4.9k XNT/year!

3. Block Rewards from Production: The High-Octane Lottery Win

Not just voting – you can be selected as the "leader" to produce blocks and pocket ALL transaction fees in them. Selection? Stake-weighted but boosted by performance and randomness for fairness. How it works: High uptime = better odds. Produce a block, get it confirmed by >67% validators (stake/performance-weighted), and claim fees.

Why it's exciting: Variable but HUGE upside! As X1 grows (DeFi, apps, users), tx fees explode. Perform well, and you're printing money from real network activity.

Example:
With your 2 XNT starter node + foundation delegations, you're in the mix for leader slots. Land one block with, say, 10 XNT in fees? Half of that is yours! Upgrade to 1000 XNT self-stake + big delegations? Your odds skyrocket – potentially snagging multiple blocks/day, raking in 100s of XNT/month as adoption ramps.

4. Bootstrap Bonus: The Turbo Boost for Early Birds

This is X1's secret sauce – extra rewards for early, performant, decentralized validators. It's v1 now, perhaps there will be ealsoo v2, but it's LIVE from Novemeber and it means stacking on everything else.

How it works: Base rewards are proportional to credits; +16% bonus if you hit criteria (self-stake 1k-10k XNT, ≤10% commission, ≥97% vote credits, low skip rate, latest Tachyon version). Self-stake only for bonus – delegated doesn't count. Max 10 nodes per entity for decentralization.

Why it's exciting: Accelerates growth and rewards commitment! It's dynamic – foundation tweaks for fairness.

Example:
Bare minimum? Stake 1000 XNT self – qualify for full +16% on that. At base 8% APY, that's ~80 XNT/year voting + bonus uplift to ~240 XNT/year, PLUS all other block rewards. Got 10k XNT? Max bonus cap – earn on the full amount with +16% turbo. But smart play: Split across 5 nodes (2000 XNT each) with your 10k total. Each qualifies (min 1k), maximizing decentralization and rewards without waste. Compare to your 2 XNT starter: No bonus yet, but grind to 1k self-stake, and BAM – unlock that +16% layer. It's designed to level up fast!

5. Bonus: Testnet Legacy Rewards

If you crushed the incentivized testnet, you're vesting XNT now (90% over 365 days, proportional to mainnet uptime). 10% claimed at genesis to stake immediately.

Example:
1B credits = 20k XNT total (2k immediate, 18k vesting). If you stay online full year you unlock it all. It's the cherry on top for OGs!

Short version: it’s like a programmable CLMM that lets LPs define how and where their liquidity behaves, instead of being stuck with a static curve.

Custom curves instead of one-size-fits-all

x·y=k (Uniswap v2 / Raydium v1): single, fixed constant-product curve.
CLMM (Uniswap v3): still uses x·y=k locally, just concentrated in a price range.

DLMM: LP can pick a curve profile:
More linear around mid-price (less slippage near peg).

Steeper outside band (protects LPs on big moves).
Can emulate stable-swap, volatile, or custom shapes.

Result: better trade execution for users and better capital efficiency for LPs at the same TVL.

What will it be used for:

For initial release of $XNT liquidity for #X1 users. We want to make sure bonding curves can accommodate various trading conditions often present in newly launched tokens.

How do you use it? You will need to bridge $USDC into $USDC.X from Solana using our native atomic bridge (Wormhole fork). Once you got $USDC.X in your swap, continue to #XDEX Terminal and start swapping it for $XNT. Alternatively, if you are $XNT seller, you can sell it for $$USDC.X which you can bridge back to Solana for USDC.
