Transparence Citoyenne a alors saisi la Commission d'accès aux documents administratifs qui nous a donné raison.
Malgré cela, la mairie s'entête et refuse toujours de nous transmettre les justificatifs.

Notre avocat vient donc de déposer une requête officielle devant le Tribunal Administratif de Paris.
Nous demandons au juge :
1️⃣ L'annulation immédiate de ce refus illégal.
2️⃣ L'obligation pour la mairie de nous transmettre tous les reçus sous 30 jours, sous peine d'une astreinte financière de 150 € par jour de retard.
3️⃣ La condamnation de la mairie à verser 3 000 € à notre association pour couvrir nos frais de procédure.
