@mickhuberts@ATTHelp@ATT Yeah that’s exactly what happened. Service is slightly better than before, but I still drop or have weak connection most of the day
@ATT Got the new iPhone 18 Pro Max on Friday and since yesterday it’s been dropping service and switching to SOS several times a minute. Seen several complaints online of the same issue specifically with AT&T. Any idea what the issue is or when it may be resolved?
@__EXEMPT__@ATT Apple refused honestly. They said it has to be AT&T since diagnostics came back clean and they weren’t very knowledgeable about how I need to go about it either
@Kurt_wagg@ATT Me either! This thing is essentially an oversized iPod touch right now. Not sure if I’d prefer it turn out to be the phone or a carrier issue at this point…
@Kurt_wagg@ATT So far no, just being told of eSIM activation delays due to the amount of new phones. Apple remote diagnostics of both the hardware and software say no issues but will be taking the phone in to confirm whether it’s the phone or the carrier
@LoftisMilesAnt@BestinDogs It depends on facility policy. As a nurse I’ve been in one hospital that had a strict no pet policy to protect staff and patients, and another who allowed pet visitation so long as someone besides the patient & staff could care for and clean up after the pet
