I got married
Taught her how I make $400K+ per month with digital products
7 Concepts:
> 1. How to AI generate posts that get 5M+ views per week
> 2. How to create $500 digital products with AI in 25 minutes
> 3. How to sell minimum 6 of those daily ( $3000+ daily )
> 4. 15+ case studies of my X accounts each doing over $30K+ per month (accounts i manage)
> 5. How to close any lead with 85%+ success rate ( sales skill )
> 6. How to get $5000 sponsorships from big companies
> 7. How to do this completely faceless and with less than 1 hour per day on average of work ( systems + automation )
She already got 1M+ views on her first post.

461,000 views. A $7.29 RPM. Over $3,000.
One 10-minute video.
Here's the part nobody calculates.
THE MATH ON ONE VIDEO
461,000 views is 461 blocks of 1,000.
461 x $7.29 = about $3,361.
Say the same views came in at a $2 RPM. That's $922.
Same views. A gap of about $2,400, from audience and runtime alone.
Run your own version:
Your views divided by 1,000
Times your RPM
WHY THAT VIDEO EARNED MORE
It was long enough to carry several ad breaks.
Its audience skewed toward the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia, where advertisers pay more.
WHAT IT COSTS
Longer videos mean more script and more edit time.
Your capacity audit should tell you if you can afford that.
THE FAILURE NOBODY PLANS FOR
This is one documented case, not a forecast.
RPM varies enormously by niche and audience, and nobody can promise you a figure.
Same views, different audience, different paycheck.
Like this + comment "Yes" and I'll send you the Faceless Channel Bundle. The full Blueprint, including the chapter on how YouTube really pays, plus 4 more PDFs.
Not free. $97 for all 5.
Internal AI Usage Cap Memo:
In response to requests for increased AI budgets, they aren’t coming. And here’s why:
We currently offer 16x token spend per employee compared to the average of tech forward companies (Based on Ramp's spend data from 70,000 businesses). I say this to establish - for those of you who request increases, it is unlikely you will get it. Unlimited budgets create unlimited waste - a luxury we do not have. So, budget and use your tokens only on projects that have a clear revenue producing or cost savings. Otherwise, it's likely to be filed under "shit that doesn't matter and not worth spending money on."
To help you, we will be offering training(s) on:
How to figure out what's worth working on (biggest miss #1)
How to use fewer tokens to get same output (think of this like AI hygiene)
How to use the time AI saves you to be more effective
AI is a tool that creates leverage. It helps you get out more from what you put in. That said, company revenue is flat (relative terms) compared to AI usage increases. This suggests that people are (largely) using it on projects that don't matter, or are using it on things that do matter, then spending the saved time working on things that don't matter.
This discrepancy (difference between money we spend and money we make from AI) hints at a skill deficiency in the team. One which I hope we will train up - just as well as we trained up on AI usage.
So now that everyone is using it - it's time to use it well.
Let's crush Q4.
Alex
PS - The more clearly you can articulate how what you do generates a return, the more likely tokens will be in your future. And the way to maximize a return is to show HOW LITTLE you can use and HOW MUCH you can get from it.

Not free.
Freedom is the ability to take a desired action without negative consequence.
Interestingly, most negative consequences are in our minds.
We’re a lot freer than we think we are, we’re just more afraid than we think we are too.
On the other side of fear is freedom.
Fuck dropshipping, Fuck claude code, Fuck building AI startups
it's all for poors
The easiest way to print $30k/mo with AI in 2026 is running a fake old lady on tiktok who sells vitamins to women in their 60s....
99% of you won't do it because it's too embarrassing to admit
Total tool stack to operate one of them: $300/mo
ChatGPT $200 (automation using Dots)
Higgsfield $15 (AI avatar)
ManyChat $15 (the DM funnel)
Gumroad FREE
That's the entire infrastructure for a business that does $30-50k/mo
Move 1. Build the character in Higgsfield.
Pick a real older woman archetype. Chinese grandmother for cooking. Asian monk for wellness. Latin abuela for natural remedies.
Move 2. Run the 14-day warming sequence.
Don't post AI videos on day 1. Browse for 3 days. Comment for 4 days. Post 8 normal videos for 7 days. Day 14 start the real content.
Skip this and you get shadow-banned in week 3
Move 3. Pick 5 starter products.
Filter to women 38-65 categories: kitchen, home, beauty, supplements. Skip products with under 50 sales/week. Pick winners with 4+ stars and 3+ creators making sales
Move 4. Write the 18-second BOF script.
Hook line ("if you're over 50 and your knees crack, this is for you"). Demonstration with one specific number. CTA referencing the yellow basket icon. Product visible from second one
Move 5. Automate posting 6 videos a day.
Most will flop. By video 100 you'll have 1-2 winners pulling 200k-500k views. Duplicate the winners 30x. Don't tweak.
Move 6. Set up a manychat trigger before day 1.
Trigger keyword tied to a 4-message DM flow ending in your tiktok shop affiliate link. 31-41% click-through rate vs email at 4%.
Adds $200-800/mo per page on autopilot
Month 2 you'll cross $3-5k. Month 3 you'll cross $10-15k. Month 6 you should be at $30-50k from one page. Month 9 at 2-3 pages
The math nobody talks about
Dropshipping requires inventory, supplier negotiations, ad spend, returns, customer service. Average margin 4-12%. Average operator burnout: 14 months
Coding with claude requires you to learn how software works, get a job at a tech company that may not exist in 4 years, work 50+ hours/week for $120-180k. Average path to $30k/mo: 7-10 years
Building an AI SaaS requires you to compete with VC-funded teams, scale to product-market fit, fundraise, hire engineers. 90% die in 18 months
Running a fake AI grandmother requires $300/mo in tools and the willingness to look stupid. Average path to $30k/mo: 6 months. Average margin: 95%
They don't eat. They don't sleep. They don't quit. They don't get hangovers. They don't go through breakups. They don't ask for raises. They don't ghost me on monday morning
They post 6 times a day for 30 straight days.
I broke down how to build the whole system with OpenAI Dots + GPT-6.1 Sol here:
I’M F*CKING BEGGING YOU, MAN:
Start a YouTube shorts channel
Pick a niche
Post shorts
Get monetized
Make money
Meet a good woman
Enjoy time with your aging parents
Buy your first property
Here’s EXACTLY how to accomplish the first five:
START THE CHANNEL (20 MINUTES)
Create a fresh Google account and place a Brand Account under it so you can eventually give an editor access without sharing your password.
Turn on two-factor authentication.
Before uploading, spend three days watching content in your niche like a normal viewer. This builds your research feed and teaches YouTube what you’re interested in.
PICK THE NICHE (ONE WEEKEND)
Use four filters:
Several channels in the niche have generated over 200M views during the past 90 days The audience is primarily American and between 25 and 45
Advertisers spend money in the niche: finance, real estate, health, cars, careers or technology
You can produce each video in under an hour using what you already own
Your audience and niche can be the difference between earning $0.05 and $0.40 per 1,000 views.
The channel must also be capable of sustaining 111,000 views per day because the rules are changing.
BUILD THE STACK ($0 TO START)
ChatGPT writes the scripts. Aim for 65 to 90 words after feeding it transcripts from 10 winning videos in your research sheet.
ElevenLabs handles the voice. Pick one voice and keep it. Your voice becomes a massive part of your channel’s identity.
Use Pixabay or screen recordings for footage. Use CapCut for large, word-by-word captions placed inside the safe zone.
Create one master project with your fonts, captions, audio levels and layout already locked in. You should never waste time choosing the same font twice.
POST 30 SHORTS USING THE SAME STRUCTURE
Keep them around 25 to 35 seconds:
Tension within the first three seconds A visual or narrative change every four to six seconds A satisfying payoff Cut immediately
No outro.
Before uploading, check everything on your phone:
Nothing important in the bottom 20% or right 15% of the screen 1080 × 1920 with no black bars Voice peaking around -3 dB Music approximately 18 to 22 dB below the voice No echo No title card as the opening frame Captions perfectly synchronized No TikTok watermark No “like and subscribe” ending Shorts Monetization Module accepted in Studio
Most creators will discover 15 to 30 mistakes across their last 10 videos.
Correcting those mistakes can move a stuck channel further than three months of reading advice.
GET MONETIZED
Right now, full Shorts ad-revenue eligibility requires 1,000 subscribers and 10 million qualified Shorts views within 90 days.
That’s roughly 111,000 views per day.
Beginning February 1, 2027, new creators will need 20 million qualified Shorts views within 90 days. Creators already inside YPP won’t be affected by the increased entry requirement.
If this is posted on October 1, you have 123 days before that change takes effect. Stop wasting time.
After your 30th video, study your floor, meaning the middle result among your bottom third of videos:
Floor rising with at least two videos reaching 5× your median? Increase volume and hire an editor after a paid test
Floor staying flat? Change the format, not necessarily the niche
Floor close to zero?
Recheck your niche selection and production checklist
The remaining goals never needed a complicated guide because everyone already knows they want them.
Money can’t buy happiness, but lacking money can certainly create a lot of unhappiness.
LOCK IN.
How I run 400 AI influencers at once
- UGC cost: $0 upfront
- Production time: minutes

Friendly reminder that no one gives a fuck if you fail because when was the last time you gave a fuck if someone else failed? You have you even thought about anyone else's goals today.
We only fear failure because we think we are more important than we are.
