@expiredmoth and find smth you enjoy You dont have to do weight lifting or pilates to be healthy. Heck you can find yourseld smth niche like trampoline zumba or hiking (ok the latter idt is that niche)
@expiredmoth if the exercise is too hard no shame in doing easier variations. Youre going to lose motivation if you try and compare urself to the "beginner" not so beginner workouts online. Work urself up to it be patient really
@mieltoast Pretty sure more or around 3k daily for like two - 2.5 months (and this was with an ed that hardly lasted a year mind you. Most people would need more)
@sunnyskiezzz i dont have advice for the compulsive weighing, you dont have to earn recovery? Eating disorders arent weight disorders and still brings serious side effects regardless (idw to get morbid but yk the your heart is a muscle too thing but it's up to you to find ur reasons in the end
@mieltoast it's probably just water weight dw weight gain isnt bad but for such speedy weight gain in actual body matter is highly unlikely. And if it was you probably needed it to survive
@bakerylesbian Gaining weight isnt a bad thing? You can still drink your smoothie just because you feel like it. Your weight is going to change many times in your life it's impossible to deprive yourself constantly of your cravings just because your weight changed and still lead a normal life.
@nahararecovers I really do hope it couldve been resolved with inpatient isnt that bad dw but forced inpatient is going to suck truly. Regardless of what happens i hope you still choose recovery. Try not to stress too much?
