I wanted to hold my tongue but this was probably by far my worst recruitment process it’s really sad the amount of coaches in this profession that will sell kids a dream & have poor communication skills dragging you along leaving you with nothing but confusion & small hit to your confidence if your someone getting recruited & don’t know the business side of things it can eat you up mentally for sure just as much as you give respect you can demand it as well don’t let anyone let you think otherwise
