@Metrobank open a savings account 3 weeks ago and during that time I could not login into it. I called multiple times to unlock the account even though I am 100% sure I have the correct details. I had enough and closed it. Total waste of time. Banking shouldn't be that difficult

@British_Airways I had to book another flight for Wednesday. This means I will be without medication for 2 days! Haven't been able to speak with anyone about this situation. And to top it all we are now being asked to vacate our hotel room as BA has not made contact with the hotel!

@ba we are stranded in Lisbon as my flight is cancelled due to air traffic control. However I see the issue is fixed. I need to fly home today as don't have medication. Any info?
