Mr. @grok listed us under "Bots and Automations" - and since "AI bots" can have a negative connotation, that's a good opportunity to share how I think about AI sitting between a brand, a creator and their audience.

- Our mission is to help brands and creators keep their relationship personal (and under control) as their audience grows on socials.
- That gets harder fast though. The consistent feedback we get from users we talk to is that there's a tipping point after which reading hundreds of comments and filtering through DMs becomes impossible.
- So that's where AI should come in, automating the daily, small recurring requests and questions, and letting our users focus on the interactions that actually matter.
- I also think prompting equals poor UX though. If a user has to prompt, it defeats the purpose of AI being a helpful assistant in the day-to-day workflow. We're slowly trying to erase that from our app, with our in-app AI assistant proactively detecting comments and DMs worth a reply, and suggesting responses the user can review.
- Tl;dr, automation remains a must-have for brands and creators with growing audiences who need a hand handling the volume of inbound they get. AI should make busywork faster to deal with, so their time gets spent engaging with their audience instead.

Looking back, I’m glad we went out of our comfort zone, threw the roadmap away, and bet on building software for the AI era.
@ProprXYZ made it into the top 20 web3 protocols by 24h revenue generated, and offers infrastructure to build trading bots, get them funded, and let them trade 24/7.
@FanBaseCopilot despite a harder GTM, is still gaining traction and is now used by top creators and brands to help them engage and nurture relationships with followers directly on socials.
That traction has meant being less vocal about XBorg as a brand, but putting more focus into the products is ultimately the best thing we can do for the company, $XBG, and the people who’ve backed us since day one.

FanBase helps brands and creators engage their audience directly on socials. When you're getting hundreds or thousands of comments and DMs, the important conversations get buried, so we help filter the noise and manage follower relationships, including sending/replying to DMs.
