It's all about relative performance. XBorg just climbed past Xai's FDV, edging closer to the top 10 - but the road ahead remains long. Here are 5 things we're focusing on to get to the top #10 👇

🔈KOLs: Instead of one-off shilling, we're partnering with select voices who understand our evolving vision and can educate about what we're building.

📝 Organic content: Our team is doubling down on social presence - sharing real insights on building XBorg. Authentic content reaches non-holders better than any paid campaign.

💌 Retention over vanity: We're no longer focused on top of funnel metrics. We don't really care about vanity metrics that look good on socials but don't matter fundamentally. A concrete example: we've gated our Discord to XBG holders - and no longer try to grow the community by any means, but instead focus on retaining our holders by being transparent, sharing insights on how we build XBorg, and trying as much as possible to involve them via our governance - which then leads to organic holder growth and lower churn.

🧪 Experiment: Launching on DEX with no VC nor market makers wasn't part of the best-practices playbook at the time, but we did it regardless. We did, and will keep trying thing - some of which won't work well, but others will make us stand out and capture mindshare. If you look at what others are doing and do the same afterwards, you don't capture mindshare.

🚀 Fundamentals first: The most important one, we're focused on fundamentals. 90% of the team's focus is on the business, so onboarding teams to FanBase, building XBorgAI's first product, or preparing the launch of our Ads Network. Without PMF or a sustainable business model, our only solution would be to dump tokens on the market, thus having poor performance relative to other tokens on the market.
