After days and weeks of waiting to ask Kucoin whats going on with $VRA the response was the following ->

“Due to the detection of abnormal on-chain transfer activity that may impact market integrity, deposits and related functions have been temporarily suspended as a precautionary risk-control measure. Our team is currently conducting an in-depth review of recent token movements and the underlying smart contract behavior, in coordination with relevant compliance and analytics partners. This action is taken to protect users and ensure platform stability while the review is ongoing. Further updates will be provided once the assessment is completed.”

#Bybit has followed and is also considering delisting of VRA. The following information was gathered from Kucoin themselves and other public posts.
