🗣️ “I have a pretty big engine. I used to run cross country. I put a lot of mileage in, a lot of stuff like that. So when I dropped down to an 800, 1500 runner before, and then I dropped down to the 400 and worked on foot speed and a lot of jumps, I always had the strength.”

Athletes: If you do everything your coach assigns this winter you'll have a great track season.
You don't need extra workouts, secret training, or an outside strength coach.
But you do need to be consistent.
It's a simple recipe for success, but it won't be easy.
