Please avoid using "Loading aircraft" function in XCPLP with X-Plane 12

Aircraft is loaded in the correct position, but the aircraft shoots forward and scrapes around under the ground.

V1.212 is out. Some small fixes for the XP11 and XP12 version.

- Fixed a crash when a key is pressed and no window element has focus.
- Dependency on OpenAL.dll removed.
- Fixed an issue that prevented searching for new routes if none were found before.
