كانت هذه عبارة لازمة على لسان أخي محمد، لاهتمامه بهندامه والماركات التي يلبسها والزينة التي يحرص عليها في أي وقت بغض النظر عن وجود مناسبة من عدمه..
كان يخرج بأبهى حلة ولا تراه إلا بأجمل هيئة، كان لا يتأخر عن الچيم والاغتسال قبل الخروج للعمل وعند العودة منه يوميًا، وتناول الأكل الصحي وارتداء أفخم العطور، وشراء الملابس الأصلية رغم أن دخله لا يسمح بذلك كله، ولكنه كان يصر على الحياة بشكل مرموق وأنيق..

حمل على عاتقه توفير الأساسيات لأسرته ولعائلات أخواتي الأربعة، ولم ينس أن يتفقد خيام أعمامي وعماتي وأخوالي وخالاتي..

يبدأ يومه من الفجر يبحث عن وجبة أو كيس طحين أو طرد معلبات أو خضار يوصله للمحتاجين بنفسه، أو خشب لإصلاح خيمة، أو طبق غاز للطهي.. أو.. حتى فقد بريق عينيه والشغف في الحياة والكثير من وزنه.. ولم يفقد الأمل ولا حسه الفكاهي.

وقف طويلاً في طوابير سرمدية، ومشى مسافات ماراثونية، حتى اهترأ الحذاء الوحيد الذي خرج به يوم نزوحه، وعندما طلبت منه أمي أن يشتري له حذاءً جديدًا قال متهك��ما:
"كل اللي في السوق تقليد.. بدك إياني أنا ألبس حاجة مش مارك��؟ انت بتحكي مع ابن عيلة.. مرموق"
