@thirdbirdhotel @FirstinGlasgow @5 Make sure you complain officially on the Web page, I have the same struggles with this bus every single day and the standard reply is just copy and pasted its awful service, I had the 57 driver see me heavily pregnant running bus got doors shut on me tonight.
