Stablecoins must be used as some monster collateral for leveraged fake coin trades. The market cap doesn't correlate. This will resolve itself evantually, all at once.

@JERICHO Upload only issues are almost always splitter related on coax. If you need a quick fix, try directly connecting the modem to the incoming cable line pre all splitters. If it's still happening then the issue is line related outside and the ISP will need to get involved anyway.
