@jessie_881@Kat_katt00 Tapos raise ka ng bagong ticket, sa old problem na closed nila na di sinasabi kung bakit closed. In the end, yung isang problema mo, sampo ang ticket. 😆
@ayssbrnd@sisonnosis1 In the end, mas dumami trabaho nila kasi ung nakita mong closed resolution, magaask na naman client, panibagong ticket na naman sa lumang problema.
@sisonnosis1 Yup laziness. Sa sobrang katamaran, mas dumadami trabaho nila dahil kung sinabi nila ang resolution, di na kelangan ng client na magask pa uli ng bagong agent regarding the issue o magraise na naman ng ticket para diyan.
@MarkRam42769880@mayaofficialph They resolve it by themselves without letting customer know what is the resolution. Kelangan mo pang iask uli sa cs agent or mag raise ng ticket for the closed ticket.
