@jin_wo_sung11 @DrayerSelh Naruto hadn't been had kurama sealed inside him. Minato fought off obito injuring him then dealt with rampaging kurama. By that point obito couldn't grab Naruto as hiruzen and other had shown up to the scene.

His first attempt looked like him just trying to destroy the leaf. If he stole Kurama after that everyone would have known he was after tailed beasts.

@jin_wo_sung11 He tried. Minato whooped his ass, and then Hirizen amd Danzo were on red alert about him being after Kurama. He needed to get the other eight first and thats infinitely harder if the leaf knows you had Naurto. If he had managed to steal Kurama from Kushina he would have won.

@lancejanw @atrupar The problem is doing it legally. The DOJ and Feds are hiding it, and if it's illegally obtained it's useless. Fruit of the poisonous tree. So even if it was leaked, nothing can be done with it. The law applies to everyone. Our protections are their protections. Unfortunatly.
