It was risky to choose 'apes' as the avatar in the first place given the simianization issue...where was the DEI consultant on this project!!

@iamnftbill @Omakasea_ @ryder_ripps @Pauly0x @FedorLinnik I think it's more than a specific 4chan issue. @ryder_ripps opened up two battle lines/theses at once: 1) what is an NFT? and 2) BAYC has biased visual elements. I've asked myself...what does Ryder want from BAYC and the public. I think it is a recognition of the issues.
