Nerdcore artists: I’m genuinely curious. What is your average streams per listener on Spotify? Mine right now is 4.5 but slowly rising and forRockit it’s like 16.5. When I looked online anything over 3.5 is REALLY good for artists who are “making it”.

There’s been a lot going on. My wife had our second baby! Healthy and happy girl. Just finished a very cool new song this week. And heading to Dallas in 12 days to play my first ever live concert so been practicing for that. Sorry for not posting much! Appreciate you.

If this is real this is a moronic take. Most teachers are at or below the poverty line ALREADY… while taking care of 20-30 children simultaneously 5 days a week from 8am-2pm and also are expected to get every single one of those children to learn things on a scale they each get graded on. They don’t get paid for summers unless they choose to split their pay check and make less money each month so it’s divvied up over 12 months instead of 10. Have you ever tried to get 3 children to learn math, language and grammar, history, science and get them to improve in their knowledge and testing skills for a 10 months? Try 25 of them. Now have someone who doesn’t know any of your children come in from the district and grade you on your performance, and have parents come in and complain about math that they disagree with the way you teach although it’s the way the state mandates. Now do that every year of your life because you’re not making enough money to retire. This is not an easy job, is not overpaid or overvalued, and there are many public school SERVANTS who help children learn year in and year out. As a child who grew up in the public education system I know this to be true. You are a moron.
