Motivation alone won’t get you far. This statement sounds like a big joke until you actually experience what it feels like to be unmotivated not lazy, not distracted, just mentally drained. To feel like you don’t want to do anything… like you just want to curl up in your bed and scroll endlessly through texts and social media, hoping something sparks you back to life.
It happened to me, and I won’t lie, I’ve been struggling. Really struggling. I can’t pretend I’m not. I’ve been trying to gather every ounce of discipline I have just to show up every day because the work needs to be done. Life doesn’t pause. Responsibilities don’t take a break. The work doesn’t stop.
But it has been a battle. A quiet one. A heavy one.
And let me just say this: sometimes showing up doesn’t look like being your strongest. Sometimes it just looks like refusing to disappear into the darkness you’re tempted to sink into. Sometimes it’s doing half of what you planned, or even a quarter. Sometimes it’s simply getting out of bed.
And that still counts.
If you’re going through this too, just know, you’re not weak, you’re human. Discipline isn’t about feeling powerful every day. It’s about learning to move forward even on the days when your mind feels like it’s working against you. And I’m learning, slowly, that those days don’t define me; they just reveal a different kind of strength.
I’m still trying. I’m still here. And honestly, for now, that’s enough.
Who else has been here?
Web2 file-sharing wasn’t built for ownership, privacy, or creators.
That’s why we’re building Xhare, the WeTransfer of Web3.
The migration has already started. Are you moving with us?
Join us for our Community × Space,
where we share what we’re building and why it matters to creators, builders, and ownership with @bilal_salau and @mariyabills.

Xhare is solving the problem of file sharing that still feels stuck in Web2.
Passwords, emails, expired links… all that noise.
With Xhare, it’s simple:
✅ Wallets = access
✅ Encryption = security
✅ Communities = ownership
File sharing finally makes sense in Web3.
Most file-sharing today is built for Web2. Centralized, gatekept, and often not secure.
But what if sharing a file could be permissionless, encrypted, and wallet-native?
Shoutout to @thompsonogoyi who gave us the platform to kick off this project with @suioncampus.
That early push made all the difference, grateful to build on this momentum.
A great story doesn’t just tell people what you do, it helps them see why it matters. That’s the difference between being heard and being remembered.

Excited to share Suisend’s journey on the Sui Founders Podcast by @suioncampus tomorrow!
We’ll be diving into how we’re building secure, on-chain file transfer with access-based wallet control, encryption, and verifiable proof.
Can’t wait to talk about what’s next.
