Bubble prediction. First Open AI or some other AI company goes bankrupt. The "industry" will hold but become wary. Then slowly the cost of compute will eat the others. There will be a tipping point. Suddenly everybody tries to sell shares and datacenters.
@younghavok I grew up with Nintendo consoles. But sucking up everything they present you makes things worse for everybody else aswell. See price increases etc. Its because of company fans, they get away with bad practices.
@caiuscorioles Imagine trying to sell building-heating to a mexican or texan. They need it, like maybe a week a year? Its the opposite with central and northern Europe. Or why dont we have the fancy toilets the japanese have? So much more convinient, but here we are...
@NintyPrime I see you arguement, and think it's corpo dong sucking. You talk about design and blablabla. The fact is, the game is simply not worth $50 for most people regardless of what I, you or the company thinks. The customers decide. If you want to pay 50 for it, go ahead.
@coldblue88 Thats why it is not believable. Like i said, lazy writing. Nanotech still has mass and needs space. Fantasy still has to follow rules. Imagine Strange suddenly no longer has to do the wirling motion to summon a portal. Probably explainable but it leaves a bad taste.
@lauriewired We dont care if it is "economical". Especially since the only benefactor of cloud gaming are the already rich companies. Not owning stuff is a pure downgrade.
@fentanylbrownie And why is that our fault? If you launch your shooter right in between the years two other big shooter launches, i really cant blame the COD und BF players. Also pvp multiplayer was kinda mid.
