#PiNetwork Pioneer ⚠️ Beware of this account @RizoWeb3. He's a scammer trying to gain traffic. A newbie in the Pi community, he behaves inappropriately, constantly posting false and misleading information, misleading others. Yesterday, I discovered and exposed him in a post, and he became resentful towards me, starting to attack me without cause, trying to deliberately smear me. But he has no evidence, claiming I'm not an official Pi account, which is ridiculous 😄 My Pi followers should know when I ever said I was an official Pi account. I've always reminded everyone to rely on official #PiNetwork news. He's just a complete clown, and he won't be able to cause any trouble 😂 In the comments section of his posts, knowledgeable people often criticize him, but he remains unmoved.✅
Recently, I noticed two fake accounts, @RizoWeb3 and @BSCNews,⚠️ spreading rumors to gain traffic. First, they falsely claimed that Elon Musk mentioned the #PiNetwork. Musk's tweet has absolutely nothing to do with the Pi network; the "Pi" in the tweet refers to the mathematical constant pi (π), and the content revolves around space orbits and cosmological calculations. Second, Pi does not have a token burning mechanism. The project's maximum total supply is fixed at 100 billion tokens and will not be reduced by burning tokens. Pi collected from unverified accounts is simply returned to the reserve pool for ecosystem redistribution, not burned. Pi's value logic does not rely on artificially creating scarcity through burning, but rather on a large user base, a real-world application ecosystem, and genuine network usage scenarios to build value. The claims of burning to reduce the supply or changing the total supply to tens of billions are not official plans and are pure nonsense.⚠️
🔥PI tops OKX exchange's trending topics list🚀 Its popularity surpasses all major cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, and UNI, garnering massive market attention👀 The V27 mainnet upgrade is scheduled for September 15th, and with the CLARITY Act vote imminent, September is destined to be extraordinary. A new phase is gradually unfolding✅
📢Smart contract execution records appear in the #PiNetwork testnet wallet🚀 After switching the wallet to Test-Pi testnet mode, the history page shows two types of smart contract call logs: release_booking_escrow (booking escrow release) and server_auto_release (server automatic release). The test token Test-Pi has been successfully released and settled💰, representing the escrow guarantee contract logic, which can run normally in the testnet environment.#PiNetwork
Smart Contract Function Is Now Live On Pi Testnet
The Pi core team (@PiCoreTeam) has launched smart contract visibility in the Pi Wallet, letting users view live data execution in their phone app.
This update is on Pi Testnet, where pioneers can see smart contract actions using Test-Pi, making it the first time retail investors can view contract activity.
It comes before the upcoming upgrade to mainnet protocol 27, scheduled for September 15, 2026.
$PI might be setting up for something big
most people won’t care until the move already happens
the real question imo
are you accumulating before the crowd wakes up?
Things #PiNetwork Pioneers Need to Know⚠️ There is no officially confirmed timeline for the complete open-source release of nodes. Uploading the smart contract source code is only the first step. Subsequent steps include security audits, community reviews, testnet verification, and finally, the complete release of the PiRC node infrastructure and the delegation of node permissions. Even if things go smoothly technically, it will take at least six months. A clear signal📶 is the appearance of an official PiRC Release package on GitHub along with an official announcement. Various rumored dates circulating online are community speculation; do not believe them🚨
📢#PiNetwork Official Announcement: The mainnet protocol V27 upgrade is underway, and all mainnet nodes must complete the upgrade. This upgrade represents a step closer to user-driven decentralization, affecting only node devices; ordinary Pioneers do not need to perform any actions. This brings us one step closer to fully open-sourcing the mainnet and empowering nodes. 🚀#PiNetwork
#PiNetwork📢Pi Github adds SmartContracts repository📃Document released: Complete smart contract deployment process: After completion, the contract must first undergo third-party security audit and community review, then be deployed on the testnet for verification. Only after all standards are met will it be released on the mainnet. Meanwhile, the Pi wallet and SDK will be upgraded to adapt to the contract ecosystem.⚠️Creating a new code repository signifies the official start of related development work, but does not mean the contract will be launched immediately or the mainnet will be open right away. Please wait for official progress announcements.🚀
#PiNetwork pioneers, beware! Be careful of this Binance Mall scam. Binance founders Changpeng Zhao and He Yi have both posted urgent warnings ⚠️ Beware of being scammed. Many people recommended it to me yesterday and the day before, and I reminded them one by one.
If PayPal just opened its doors to Pi, is this the moment crypto finally becomes everyday money? 😊
This is not speculation. This is not a rumor.
PayPal's official developer documentation updated on August 11, 2026 now lists $Pi alongside BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, SHIB, TAO, and ONDO under "Supported Cryptocurrencies" for its "Pay with Crypto" program. The list includes around 100 digital assets that merchants can accept through PayPal's payment infrastructure.
Here's how it works:
🛒 Buyer pays with supported crypto (including Pi)
🔄 PayPal handles the conversion automatically
💵 Merchant receives local fiat currency no crypto exposure, no volatility risk
Buyers don't even need a PayPal account they can connect wallets like Coinbase or MetaMask at checkout.
Why this changes everything for Pi:
🔹 Real-world utility — Pi can now be used for everyday purchases through one of the world's largest payment networks (over 650 million pro-crypto consumers)
🔹 Mainstream credibility — PayPal doesn't add random tokens. This signals serious institutional validation
🔹 Merchant adoption — Millions of PayPal merchants could soon accept Pi without even knowing it
🔹 Fiat bridge — Pi → PayPal → Payment → Merchant receives fiat. The bridge to real-world spending is here
The bigger picture:
PayPal's "Pay with Crypto" isn't just another feature, it's a bridge between digital assets and the real economy. For Pi, this is exactly what the ecosystem has been building toward: utility, not speculation.
The network effect is compounding.... 😎
Pi Network sets September 15 target for its Protocol 27 mainnet upgrade
Pi Network (@PiCoreTeam) began upgrading its testnet to Protocol 27 on Friday, following the completed Protocol 26 upgrade on mainnet. The new version centers on smart contract authentication.
The upgrade is set to give accounts and applications more advanced ways to authorize transactions, with the pi-network:native mainnet move targeted for September 15.
Pi is back above $1B Market cap
After weeks in the red, @PiCoreTeam's $PI token is back above the $1 billion market cap mark.
While this marks a monumental period for the asset, the surge has been modest.
Crypto assets have posted double-digit gains in the past 24 hours, but $PI is just nearly 6% up over the past week. Additionally, the asset is still down over 50% since the start of 2026.
Still, the market cap update is positive news for pioneers.
🚨🚨 BREAKING: THIS IS HUGE FOR PI NETWORK! 🔥🔥
Pi Network ($PI) is officially listed among the cryptocurrencies supported by PayPal’s “Pay with Crypto” solution. 💜
This means PI is now appearing inside a payment infrastructure operated by one of the world’s biggest digital payment companies. 🌎💳
Pi KYB Update: PayPal has not been added to the list yet
Yesterday, arguably the biggest news in the Pi Network (@PiCoreTeam) ecosystem was PayPal's recognition.
According to unofficial reports, @PayPal has opened its doors to the $PI coin, alongside $DOGE, $BTC, $ETH, $SHIB, $SOL, & $ONDO, listed under its "Pay with Crypto" Program.
However, PayPal is still not registered as a Business under the protocol's KYB infrastructure, which ensures a safety-first ecosystem.
Businesses/crypto platforms, including @OKX and @MEXC, are verified through KYB for integrating Pi; as of this writing, PayPal has not been added yet.
Rumors have it that PayPal listing PI is just a matter under consideration, not an official integration yet. Nonetheless, the news was a huge talking point amongst Pioneers.
#PiNetwork Pioneers, take note! 🚨 The Pi Node-docker repository has released a pre-release test version p27.1.0, upgrading the stellar-core and horizon components from V26 to V27. ⚠️Note: This is a pre-release package for node testing only and does not indicate that the V27 protocol is fully activated and effective across the network. The rumored mainnet launch date of September-October is community speculation and not an official confirmed schedule. For protocol upgrades and major mainnet updates, please refer to the official announcements from the Pi Core Team.🚀
Breaking News: Many #PiNetwork pioneers have reported today that wallet and KYB exchange deposits, withdrawals, and transfers are temporarily unconfirmed. The abnormal block explorer time is merely a front-end display bug and does not indicate a mainnet outage. Currently, we are in the V26 protocol upgrade and debugging phase, and the transaction delays are most likely due to node network adaptation issues. Please safeguard your mnemonic phrase and avoid frequent duplicate transfer submissions. Please do not believe or spread rumors; refer to official announcements for accurate information.🚀
Many #PiNetwork pioneers who upgraded to node 0.6.2 encountered a connection failure pop-up when opening SoloHost Remote.
Cause: The new version of the container requires time to fully load the service.
Solution: Completely close the Pi Desktop program, wait 3-5 minutes, restart it, and wait for all containers to finish running before trying again on the SoloHost page.🚀
