CROfam, a few thoughts on today.

I’ll repeat what I said yesterday: a deal being unwound is not the same as a thesis breaking. That still holds.

The infrastructure on Cronos is coming together piece by piece. Native USDC, the Fireblocks integration, institutional custody, tokenized assets. Not flashy, but these are the necessary parts, and they are falling into place.

Citadel Securities put $400 million into https://t.co/z3nIbjn0GN, and the purpose was stated plainly: expansion into tokenized securities and derivatives. Where is https://t.co/z3nIbjn0GN building those? On Cronos.

So https://t.co/z3nIbjn0GN has not forgotten Cronos. It is building the entire next wave of growth on top of it.

Let’s be clear about one thing though. Even with the infrastructure ready, activity does not translate into token value on its own. That requires a mechanism.

At @crotrade we built ours that way from day one. We tied 100% of revenue to $CRONUS. Automatic, verifiable, and not dependent on anyone remembering to do it. We have seen the result: through the harshest stretch of this market, the strength of that link is what held the token’s performance up. The model works. It isn’t theory.

We want the same for $CRO. The governance proposal approved in May set the framework: emissions declining, supply capped, staking rewards funded by ecosystem revenue instead of inflation. What’s left are the numbers. What percentage of revenue funds buyback and burn, the tokenomics proposal Fwiz is working on will be the answer to that.

x402 payments gain traction on Algorand as the Global Challenge heats up

@Algorand's x402 integration is finding real usage, with more than 160K transactions and $110K+ in volume settled through the GoPlausible facilitator, as the pay-per-request standard built for agent and machine payments spreads beyond its Base origins.
