@MMAUNCENSORED1 Forget the leg, which is compromised as fuck, he took a 5 year layoff in his mid thirties doing coke and proper 12 the whole time, while his opponent is younger, faster, and completely active, no ring rust for max at all. McGregor is going to get the fucking shit beat out of him.
How "micro-discipline" compounds into elite success:
"Every single decision that you have in front of you in your life will have a slightly easier and a slightly harder choice. Make the slightly harder one more often than the slightly easier one."
"It's micro-discipline that can make it seem as if you have this macro-discipline but that's not actually what it is. It's the little things that nobody sees that's what leads you to that end state."
"I don't think it's ever by reflex. I think it's always by will."
"How you do anything is how you do everything."
@AndyStumpf77 on @hubermanlab
@NikkiHaley They will just wait until either JD Vance (isolationist) or a democrat (retarded/useless) is in office and then restart the Nuclear program knowing the U.S. won't do shit. This is the worst negotiation ever, hilariously bad.
@Mark_Sisson You mean Men's Health was lying to me when they told me to drink a protein shake made by one of their sponsors after every single time I do any type of exercise?
@United_Africana Bc people like hearing “advice” that tells them that they don’t need to - and actually shouldn’t - do the hard thing, and that it’s actually better to do the easier thing. People love hearing that stuff.
@OliverBCushing Yeah pretty much correct. If the lawyer is acting in good faith and wants to do a great job for the client, AI gives them the ability to deliver really great work. Drafting alone (writing 20 pages from scratch) is so hard to do, and AI does an amazing job at legal writing.
I think the truth is, for an ethical attorney, that you can bill the same overall, but instead of billing your clients 10 hours for drafting (drafting a serious motion or appeal before AI was work intensive as fuck), you can bill 2-3 hours for drafting (using AI) and spend the other 7-8 hours researching the hell out of the issue so you actually win.
