(I am doing 4 leagues this year) When they do a poll of 4 players to pick from the waiver, they are rostered in yahoo... like, how different CBS leagues, format, players can be?

I just can't deal how they talk about a lot players that are under 20% rostered (CBS) and I'm here looking at 70% rostered in yahoo.
