A Few weeks ago I shared with the public that the SAPS has issued a circular to the police basically instructing them not to police in instances where there are foreigners and the community involved. When we launched the SA First Forum we announced that this would be the first matter that we take to court to challenge the government. Our legal team wrote a letter of demand to the SAPS asking them to retract the circular! This morning we received a response from the SAPS saying that they are revising the circular…! The one thing I don’t understand about this Chidimma story is that didn’t the Home Affairs department BAN her from the country? So how did she re-enter? On top of re-entering she is now walking around freely up and down our courts?? @HomeAffairsSA Isn’t it a crime to re-enter the country after being banned?
