Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailwaySeva kindly let me know who is responsible? I have 2 connecting train 1st is PNR 2925121527 & another one is 2709983709 I have made ample time of 5 hours gap between those two trains but the 1st trains is now 5 hours delay I want full refund of both
