This is done correctly in a setting like you're suggesting, but someone eventually has to make a command decision. Consensus is preferred but doesn't always yield action, which is needed in business.

@elonmusk I do support what you're trying to do overall FYI, free speech, removing the bots. The original point of "this can be better" remains valid. It's not easy to please the crowd but getting increased buy-in I think is the key here.

Step 2: Repair relationships, and restore lost revenue.
Step 3: Verify vision(s) are actionable.
Step 4: Alignment for buy-in.
Step 5: Massage until it's a winner.
