@amazon@AmazonHelp I checked with your customer service twice about not having to return a broken item. A replacement was sent to me. I got emails saying I would be charged. I called they said ignore it and NOW I GOT CHARGED.

I highly recommend NOT booking with VRBO. My last booking didn't go through and I ended up having to pay twice then fight VRBO tooth and nail ( 4.5hrs) this morning to get my refund that will take up to 15 business days. Got with air bnb!
@vrbo after 4 hours and 6 customer service reps my issue was finally resolved. Hopefully, my refund is in my account in a few days or I will be back.......
@vrbo I also don't understand why I had to do a Google search to find your customer service number. That should be listed with booking information. It's not help for to have the number for the hotel when I am standing in their lobby. #vrbo#badbuisness

I'd like to thank @vrbo for completely dropping the ball on my weekend hotel reservation. We drove through a snow storm, arrived to find out our reservation didn't go through, called VRBO customer service to be sent to their voicemail, and paid double for the weekend. #vrbo
