In the city of Hat Yai (Songkhla province, Thailand), floodwaters have risen to 1.5–3 meters. Authorities have ordered a full evacuation of residents and tourists.

Traffic is paralyzed, some areas are inaccessible to rescuers, and there is a risk of power outages and further flooding due to ongoing heavy rains.
