The proof came from a general-purpose reasoning model, not a system built specifically to solve math problems or this problem in particular, and represents an important milestone for the math and AI communities.

We are physically in Canada, but mentally trapped in a waiting room. We are students who cannot start their careers. 😭We are families who cannot reunite. 💔This indefinite screening is not just a burden on us—it’s a waste of tax dollars. #IRCC#cdnpoli#cdnimm#CBCNews
We support and respect the need for security checks. But safety should not be an excuse for bureaucratic sloth. These endless delays aren't just systemic flaws; they are breaking our hearts and our trust in the system we chose to call home. #IRCC#cdnpoli#cdnimm#CBCNews
Moving to a new country is tough; living in a state of constant uncertainty is even tougher. We came to Canada for its diversity and inclusivity, ready to give our best. We came here with hearts full of hope—don't let that fire burn out in waiting.#IRCC#cdnpoli#cdnimm#CBCNews
Today, we made history. Hundreds traveled long distances and braved the cold to gather on Parliament Hill for justice and fairness. Thank you to the Senators @SenatorVictorOh@yuenpauwoo stood by our side, hearing our voices. We live, study, work, and pay taxes in Canada…
I joined with 200+ professionals, skilled workers, students, community workers, caregivers ++ who gathered on Parliament Hill to protest the unreasonable @CitImmCanada delays in processing their citizenship applications — amounting to as much as 90 months!
I have previously commented that I have been surprised that there has not been more political commentary about the increased security screening delays for Chinese nationals, as well as what appears to be a bureaucratic assumption that anyone from China could in the future be a spy.
Hopefully this protest brings attention to this issue.
