If you want it both in one skill, maybe Fontis Animae (Font of the Soul)

@Fnao32978420 I think something like Fontis Arcanae (Arcane Font) or Anima Regenerans (Regenerating Soul) depending on what is needed in game.

Both being a decently high cool down OR channeled regeneration over time for mana and health respectively. (1/2)

@Fnao32978420 Depends on what % encounter chance you consider "rare" is. You can adjust encounter rates as you see fit if it is showing up more/less than expected.

Plus realistically most people record games so it will end up on tiktok or X eventually. So it will still get seen ☺️
