I guess this explains why I have not been getting any responses from @giddydefi regarding my year long issue of my Bitcoin vanishing from my wallet after an update in Spring 2023…I hope to hear from the new team soon.

Greetings! I am unable to get responses from technical support. I have an ongoing issue since April of last year. The ticket numbers are 36931 and 42046. A new ticket was opened on 2/11/25 for the same issue, but a ticket number has not been generated.

Hi Don. I hope all is well. I was trying to stake a small amount BNB-MP to my staked balance and the network fee is exorbitant. I’ve never seen the fee be more than a few cents to a couple dollars. This has been the case since Friday night.

Once I connect wallet, I have to pull down on the page to refresh the page, which disconnects the connection to my wallet. Once I reconnect wallet again, my staked tokens, rewards, etc shows.
