🔹Size: 1,250 SQFT
🔹Price per SQFT: 375 MVR
🔹Total amount: 468,750 MVR
🔹Payment terms: 5 years, after paying 50,000 MVR in advance.

The current minimum land rate in Hulhumale’ is over 4,500 MVR per SQFT and can easily go above 10,000 MVR in beachfronts.

This is corruption at broad daylight. This is a 91.67% discount compared to the baseline rate.
