In Art, the children drew a still life drawing of a tulip which links to our science topic plants. They attempted shading using pencils to colour in their drawing.

The children were amazing at the fundamental superhero training academy yesterday. They had great fun completing challenged such as feeding and riding aliens, playing dodgeball and completing an obstacle course.

The fire fighters from 'Coulby Newham Fire Station' visited year 2 today as part of our Great Fire of London topic. The children learnt about fire safety now, had chance to sit in the fire engine and used the hose. The children had a fabulous time.
