Now I can basically memorise or predict the next Whatsapp message from @Ikea_Malaysia since the Whatsapp bot keeps asking me to wait without any further action or plan to be taken. Just wondering how long does it usually take for IKEA to respond these messages lol SLA?

The first Whatsapp message is on 3rd Nov, since then my mom kept waiting and asking for an update from the Whatsapp agent but to no avail. Today I can’t tahan so I called the @IKEA Cheras CS to ask if there’s any other way to claim warranty, but it seems this is the only way.
