Inzu Ya Masaaba

Inzu Ya Masaaba (House of Masaaba) is a cultural institution for Bamasaaba in Uganda, Kenya and Diaspora.

The head of Inzu Ya Masaaba is called Uwelukoosi Umukuuka We Bamasaaba. The 9 year old institution had Ambassador Wilson Wamimbi Weasa as Umukuuka I. The current Umukuuka is Uwelukoosi Bob Mushikori.

Masaabaland is found at the slopes of Mt. Elgon in Eastern Uganda and Western Kenya. We are a population of over 7 million people. We cover the districts of Mbale, Sironko, Manafwa, Bududa, Bulambuli and Namisindwa in Uganda; and Bungoma and Trans Nzoia in Kenya.
