I was interviewed by Swedish public radio about antisemitism in Malmö.
Outrage followed in the Swedish left.
Simply because I was invited to participate.
I write about the episode and my complaint against @ETC_redaktionen in Perspectives.

@Mish_K_@DrSlump1984 You're right. I blocked him now. It really boggles the mind though. Either he's knowingly lying or he's totally braindead. And both options are just so foreign to me.
@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ The subject is that Israel expressed readiness to sign a peace agreement based on the 1948 borders.
Now, did the Arab states express readiness to sign an agreement? Or did they refuse to recognise Israel within any borders?
@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ Just answer the question.
Did the Arab states express readiness to sign an agreement? Or did they refuse to recognise Israel within any borders?
@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ Israel expressed readiness to sign a peace agreement based on the 1948 borders.

@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ Israel expressed readiness to sign a peace agreement based on the 1948 borders.

@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ I explained why it's a mere theory, nothing more.
Israel expressed readiness to sign a peace agreement based on the 1948 borders.
Now, did the Arab states express readiness to sign an agreement? Or did they refuse to recognise Israel within any borders?
@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ It is actually a theory, because you're interpreting what that quote would imply for actual Israeli policy years later (plus, it's a distorted quote, but never mind).
Now, did the Arab state express readiness for peace or did they totally reject peace?
@DrSlump1984@Mish_K_ Israel expressed readiness to sign a peace agreement based on the 1948 borders. You have a theory that they didn't really mean it.
But, did the Arab states express readiness to sign an agreement? Or did they refuse to recognise Israel within any borders?
@zivnk@SaberiFred Very good point there about Sweden's own history of national struggle. It's easy to preach about "restraint" and moralise when one's existence is not threatened.
