Over the years I've learned a valuable lesson... The more I want to be SOMEBODY, the more miserable I am. The more I focus on HELPING somebody, the happier I am.
Forgiving others is not easy, but God will help us. God’s wonderful promise is that if we will choose to forgive, He will bring healing to our hearts that we don’t even know we need.
Worship is an expression of wisdom. When you are willing to give thanks to God you are letting wisdom leak out of you. I don’t mean a worship service—worship is the attitude of your heart that finds expression through your whole person. Worship is about who we are 24/7.
Great leaders lead with the right combination of love and accountability. Too much love, not enough accountability and your team will love you but they won’t become great because of you. Too much accountability, not enough love leads to disengagement and burnout.
The Warriors had a good time reading to the elementary students today. It is always neat to see our young men interact with these students. It was a great day for everyone.
Don't forget to get your tickets for this week's Kick 4 Cash. Tickets are $5 each for a chance to kick a field goal for $250, $300, or $500. Tickets will be for sale at both ticket booths on Friday night. @RHS_WarriorsFB@coachkriesky@RiverdaleHighTN@RHS_sports#kick4cash
One negative employee can push away loyal customers. One negative leader can ruin the culture of an organization. One negative team member can sabotage the team. That’s why we must weed the negative and feed the positive.
