@ianbremmer It is a big deal! Do you forgot the Cuban missiles crisis? Cuban is under cruel dictatorship right now, where a Dr has to spend 3 hours in line to buy a chicken. Russia is counting with Cuba to attack the U.S from there if there is a war.
