Dear @arojinle1 I know the emotion is high but there is a difference between FG led Operation Safe Corridor (@Op_SAFECORRIDOR) and the State led DDR programme and State peace agreement, FG does not reintegrate active bandits or terrorists to the society, the state does it and in the eyes of FG those individuals are still criminals once they step out of the state or LGA they are confined by the state they will be arrested and be charged for terrorism.

One might argue that the Governors can’t decide, but the fact remains Governors are the one making this concession to criminals, the FG DDR programme does not reintegrate active terrorists but associates of terrorists and low level terrorists who were conscripted into the terrorists group.
