@sandeep9sarma@mathursudhin@Xiaomi 4 pink lines and 1 green line. I am tired of this Xiaomi direct messages. All they can say is out of warranty, hence I should pay RS 23,560/- to change the display.
@sandeep9sarma@mathursudhin What @Xiaomi is doing is really great, but the way they're treating premium customers're not great. Got pink lines on my Xiaomi13pro and company is not ready to accept it is their mistake eventhough it clearly is. Many are facing same issue. Looking fwd for a better service.
@geekyranjit Xiaomi should give its premium customers the privilege that other big companies are doing even for their regular customers. Fix the problem their own update brought for free. @Xiaomi@XiaomiIndia @Xiaomi13pro
@geekyranjit Hello sir, there is pink line issue in Xiaomi 13 Pro which was 80,000 rupees when I bought. Line came after the hyper OS 2.0 update. Saw many other users are also getting same. Xiaomi asked to pay 23,500 and change display as it is out of warranty.
@XiaomiIndia Everyone, please be careful while you buy. Bought a Xiaomi 13 Pro with rupees 80,000. Now got a pink line on the display. Approached Xiaomi for help. They asked me to pay 23,500 rupees eventhough it was due to their hardware issue.
@XiaomiIndia I request @Xiaomi@XiaomiIndia@MiIndiaSupport to fix this issue before it's too late. I have been a loyal Mi customer for past 6 years using upto 5 devices including a smart tv. Felt heartbroken when they told they can't help me.

@Aditya__Joarder Paid 80,000 Rs to get the device and this is how the customers are treated? The phone is no doubt top notch, but service is a no no. Please try to fix this which might be a very simple thing from your side @MiIndiaSupport@XiaomiIndia@Xiaomi
@Aditya__Joarder Same here, shameful for @MiIndiaSupport/@XiaomiIndia/@Xiaomi to say that they can't do anything eventhough this is a hardware issue. Please follow how other companies treat their loyal customers and not to loose new customers as well due to this negligence
Called customer care and they just gave me a runaround, still refusing to replace or fix for free. Why pass the buck when your own update is the problem? Shouldn't you be taking responsibility and replacing it for free? #Xiaomi#Xiaomi13Pro#CustomerSupport#Fairness#PoorService
@Xiaomi@XiaomiIndia@MiIndiaSupport I've a Xiaomi 13 Pro and your recent software update has caused my display to malfunction (vertical pink lines). Went to service centre - refused to help, asking me to pay. 1st it was one line, then 2, now it is 3.
