I am a CS student and this mac is my primary device so I can't afford it's absence and I've your 1yr accidental damage coverage for this. I've heard so many bad reviews but I hope you prove all of them wrong

@OneAssist_Cares filled service request on 30 april today is 4 may still no resolution my device is still with me if you really wanna help then let me bring it to my nearest apple store and you can get all the diagnose report from their and get it fixed I will drop and pickup my device by myself
