@IRCTCofficial I booked a Tatkal ticket when seats were showing AVAILABLE.
After booking, it turned WL and got auto-cancelled.
Still, ₹120 was deducted as clerkage. No journey made.
Unfair to charge when it’s a system glitch. @IRCTCofficial

@IRCTCofficial I booked 2 Tatkal tickets (2S) via IRCTC app PNR: 8333416200 for ₹211.80 Tickets were WL45 & WL46, and after chart prep they got auto-cancelled.But I received only ₹80 as refund. Why such a huge deduction when I didn’t cancel?Please clarify. #IRCTC #TatkalRefund

@IRCTCofficial Thank you @IRCTCofficial for the response. I understand refund is automatic for fully WL E-tickets.
But can you please clarify the refund calculation for PNR 8333416200?
Booked for ₹211.80, only ₹80 refunded.
Why was ₹130 deducted?
