@FitbitSupport my fitbit charge 3 watch has suddenly stopped counting steps and other stats. Also when I tapped the watch, I just get a black screen, until I press the side button then screen comes on with no step count and other stats at all!! Please help.

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit Alta HR is suddenly not syncing to my android phone. I've tried everything before sending you this message. Please help as Im in the middle of workweek hustle comp and phone app is not reflecting my stats!!!
