I want to become a macOS developer but don't know where or how to start ; besides I can't afford a Mac at this time . 64 bit Arm Assembly Language is my goal also but that one has priority number 1.

@RT_com Remember "glitches" , "vulnerabilities " etc ... started after Windows 98 was bundled with Internet Explorer , and the embedded firewall blunder. The Hearings were just a show to pretend to correct Microsoft.Even Windows95 had a second Edition for " USB support" , but what else ?
