@Respublicaium @yln88981565 @Haiyang331 @MosesTalking 只能说各国法律管得松紧不一样。我支持言论自由，但是就事论事这个人说的这种话行政拘留不冤。法律标准应该就是在中国境内的平台上发表伤害中国人民感情的言论(尤其是跟侵华日军有关的)，基本都抓。
