It’s reported that the function displaying the network address would be released on almost all social medias in China, which confirms further that this is dominated by the government. But what’s the need to show domestic provinces if this is to protect us from foreign forces?

Weibo now will auto show the address of every comment by analyzing everyone’s IP address. I think that the government was thinking why so many negative comments emerge in large numbers, and finally their conclusions are the foreign forces who maliciously provoking public dispute.
