1J have enjoyed an edible maths lesson, today! We applied our knowledge of halves and quarters as we divided each pancake firstly into 2 and then 4 equal parts. Happy Pancake Day, everyone! @WheelersLanePri

Just look at 1J's amazing boats showing off their colourful designs and beautifully decorated sails. We have thoroughly enjoyed developing our drawing and sculpting skills, this term but now it's 'ship ahoy, me hearties!', time for them to set sail for a half term adventure! ⛵️

1J had so much fun programming the Bee-Bots to go forwards, turn around and then return to their sender. Some of them took a slight detour, but they all made it back to their programmer, eventually! 🐝😆

Today in 1J, we used the boat designs in our sketchbooks and sculpted them out of clay, ready to paint next week. It was fun using the clay tools to create different effects. @WheelersLanePri
